The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol for the endless rebirth cycle.
Ouroboros was one of the splinter factions of the Order of the Phoenix. To avoid further destruction of human life, Ouroboros turned towards using calculated plans of attack and preemptive strikes to prevent and apprehend all dark wizards that are threatening the nation. They did not want to blindly walk into anything without understanding the full ramifications of their actions first, unlike their more volatile counterparts.
Ouroboros was broken into squads. The overall purpose of the squads was so that Ouroboros could easily split up and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Each squad had a leader who runs these tasks.
TIMELINE
July 31, 2024 - Order of the Phoenix splinters into Heliopath, Ouroboros, and Order of Statera.
October 2024 - Order of Statera dissolves and joins Ouroboros.
January 10, 2026 - Order of the Phoenix reforms
