Rhys is the oldest son of Fenrir Greyback and older half-brother to at least 8 younger half-siblings. He is a werewolf and a Curse Breaker for Gringotts. Raised in an orphanage, he didn't discover that Fenrir Greyback was his father until he was ten and didn't discover his half-siblings until he began his seventh year at Hogwarts. Rhys was recruited into Heliopath after the Quidditch Final incident by Claire Slater, an old school friend, in the Summer of 2025 and is now a member of the Order of the Phoenix. He is expecting a child with Maria Da Silva in Summer 2026.

Rhys is first and foremost an introvert, after his mother died and he was sent to an orphanage the boy kept to himself and found himself mostly reading rather than interacting much with the other children. At the time Werewolves still had a bit of a negative stigma, and he was simply the 'weird werewolf kid'.
